Business Analyst – Accounts Receivable (Oracle EBS / Fusion Cloud)

What You'll Be Doing

• Own and manage Oracle Accounts Receivable processes including Billing, Revenue, and Collections activities.
• Act as the Finance IT lead in transformation programs to ensure financial system requirements align with business objectives.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external partners to implement best practices and improve system usability.
• Troubleshoot system behavior, analyze issues, and conduct fit-gap analysis to guide business users toward standardized Oracle solutions.
• Present issue summaries, root cause analysis, and solution recommendations in clear business-oriented language.
• Work in an Agile environment while managing responsibilities across multiple concurrent projects.
• Research and evaluate new technologies to improve finance workflows and enhance user experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-regional stakeholders across multiple time zones including global teams.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in Oracle finance systems.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Accounts Receivable processes including Billing, Collections, and Revenue management.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle R12 EBS or Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
• Strong knowledge of Quote-to-Cash workflows including integration with Order Management, Services, and Subscription systems.
• Experience supporting finance transformation and system enhancement initiatives.
• Ability to conduct fit-gap analysis and drive adoption of standardized Oracle processes with minimal customization.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
