What You'll Be Doing

• Participate in key technology migration initiatives and contribute to architectural approaches for software design and implementation.
• Provide high-level solution design for web APIs, website redesigns, and new feature development in collaboration with senior developers.
• Adopt modern frameworks and technologies to enhance product architecture aligned with cloud strategy.
• Implement industry best practices across web services to support scalable and future-ready solutions.
• Support development teams to meet delivery milestones during demanding project deliveries.
• Provide technical leadership by guiding team members and conducting code reviews for junior developers.
• Identify design issues and guide the team toward sustainable and best-practice coding standards.
• Ensure developed software meets quality, security, performance, and scalability requirements.
• Create training materials and mentor new team members to accelerate onboarding and technical growth.
• Optimize application performance through techniques such as refactoring, caching, database indexing, and asynchronous processing.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and incorporate improvements as part of continuous development cycles.
• Work in Agile sprints covering design, development, unit testing, and defect resolution.

What We're Looking For

• 4–8 years of experience in software development, preferably within banking or financial domains.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• Strong knowledge of Core Java including Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Java APIs, and libraries.
• Experience with Spring Framework including Spring Core and Spring Security.
• Hands-on experience building RESTful web services and front-end applications using Angular or AngularJS.
• Database knowledge including SQL (Sybase, MySQL) and NoSQL technologies such as MongoDB.
• Experience with build tools such as Ant and Maven along with CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in version control systems including SVN, BitBucket, or GitHub.
• Familiarity with cloud and DevOps tools such as AWS, Azure, or AI-assisted development tools is beneficial.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and scalable architecture principles.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile development environments.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
