What You'll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives by integrating AI-driven technologies to optimize processes and enhance business outcomes.
• Design and architect scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions aligned with enterprise technology strategies.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
• Oversee the development and deployment of AI-enabled platforms ensuring quality, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with legal experts, business teams, and engineering teams to define requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Architect systems that support real-time data processing and intelligent decision-making use cases.
• Drive adoption of modern AI architectures including advanced RAG pipelines, agentic AI systems, and fine-tuned foundation models.
• Ensure security, governance, and compliance standards are embedded into AI platforms.

What We're Looking For

• 13–18 years of experience in software development with strong architectural expertise.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in AI/ML roles with at least 3 years in an architectural or leadership capacity.
• Hands-on experience deploying machine learning and AI models at enterprise scale.
• Strong experience with Generative AI frameworks, prompt engineering, prompt design patterns, advanced RAG architectures, and agentic AI ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of vector databases, embedding models, and foundation/base models.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud with AI/ML service integration.
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases for large-scale AI platforms.
• Strong knowledge of AI security, compliance frameworks, and responsible AI practices including fairness and explainability.
• Proven ability to design scalable AI-driven platforms aligned with business strategy.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
