Senior Dynamics 365 Field Service Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service and Contact Center/Telephony integrations. This role focuses on designing, building, and optimizing enterprise-grade solutions using Dynamics 365 (CE/Field Service), Power Platform, Azure services, and modern voice/CTI platforms. The ideal candidate will lead complex integrations, deliver scalable and secure solutions, and guide teams in building high-performance digital service platforms.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead end-to-end design and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions including Work Orders, Bookable Resources, Resource Scheduling Optimization, Inspections, Customer Assets, and mobile capabilities.
  • Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CE and Field Service using plugins (C#), custom workflow activities, PCF controls, JavaScript, and business rules.
  • Configure and extend Omnichannel for Customer Service including voice, chat, messaging, queues, workstreams, and agent routing experiences.
  • Design and develop Power Platform solutions including model-driven apps, canvas apps, Power Automate flows, Dataverse tables, and custom connectors.
  • Build scalable integration solutions using Azure services such as Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Hub, API Management, Key Vault, and Azure Communication Services.
  • Configure and optimize Field Service Mobile applications including offline profiles, inspection templates, incident types, bookable resources, inventory, and asset management.
  • Implement Connected Field Service solutions including IoT device integration, predictive maintenance workflows, and automated work order generation.
  • Establish CI/CD pipelines and ALM practices using Azure DevOps including solution packaging, release pipelines, and environment configuration.
  • Ensure platform security, performance optimization, data governance, and compliance with enterprise standards.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting, performance diagnostics, and production support.
  • Translate business requirements into technical architecture, delivery plans, and sprint execution strategies.
  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, and operational stakeholders while mentoring development teams.

What We're Looking For

  • 10–14 years of total experience in software engineering and enterprise platform development.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service implementations.
  • Strong development experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and Power Platform architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Omnichannel for Customer Service and voice/contact center integrations.
  • Experience implementing Azure-based integration services including Functions, Service Bus, Event Hub, and API Management.
  • Strong experience building Power Platform applications including Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and Dynamics 365 ALM best practices.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise security, performance optimization, and scalable architecture.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
