What You'll Be Doing
- Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Conduct business requirement workshops.
- Perform system testing and deployment support.
- Integrate SuccessFactors with SAP ERP systems.
- Provide post-go-live enhancements and support.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of SuccessFactors experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes.
- Experience in SAP HCM or cloud HR systems.
- Good stakeholder communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities.
