What You'll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end SAP solution design and align architecture with business and non-functional requirements.
- Drive successful project delivery across SAP Finance and ABAP domains.
- Own solution architecture, SAP configuration, customization, and integration with non-SAP systems.
- Lead SAP S/4HANA rollouts, upgrades, and conversions.
- Define migration strategy, governance frameworks, and architectural guardrails.
- Leverage Automation, Cloud, IoT, and AI capabilities within SAP landscapes.
- Engage stakeholders, conduct workshops, and provide architectural leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
- 10–15 years of SAP experience with strong solution architecture background.
- Deep expertise in SAP Finance (FI/CO) and SAP ABAP functional knowledge.
- Minimum six full-cycle SAP implementations.
- Strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA rollouts, upgrades, or conversions.
- Experience with integration of SAP with non-SAP systems and migration strategy.
- Familiarity with Automation, Cloud, IoT, and AI in SAP landscapes preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and architectural leadership skills.
- Notice Period: Up to 30 Days. Location: Pune (Hybrid).
