What You'll Be Doing
- Lead Salesforce development and architecture initiatives.
- Review code and enforce technical standards.
- Design scalable CRM solutions.
- Guide integration and deployment strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on solution roadmap.

- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning and integrations.
- Experience leading enterprise CRM programs.
- Excellent stakeholder coordination skills.
