What You'll Be Doing
- Plan and manage Salesforce release cycles.
- Coordinate deployments across environments.
- Ensure compliance with release governance standards.
- Manage rollback and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of Salesforce experience with release management exposure.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD and deployment tools.
- Experience managing enterprise CRM environments.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage risks effectively.
