What You'll Be Doing
- Gather and document Salesforce requirements.
- Perform business process analysis and gap identification.
- Coordinate with developers for solution implementation.
- Support testing and user training sessions.
- Ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of Salesforce BA experience.
- Strong knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Good documentation skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional designs.
