What You'll Be Doing
- Lead QA strategy and testing initiatives.
- Manage automation and manual testing teams.
- Define quality standards and best practices.
- Track defects and ensure resolution timelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for release readiness.

- 7+ years of QA experience with leadership exposure.
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks.
- Experience managing enterprise testing programs.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
