We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics Tester with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service to lead functional, integration, regression, performance, and end-to-end testing.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead functional, integration, regression, performance, and end-to-end testing across Field Service modules.
- Validate work order lifecycle, resource scheduling, dispatching, IoT integrations, and mobile Field Service app scenarios.
- Develop detailed test strategies, test cases, and automation scripts for customizations, plugins, flows, and configurations.
- Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, and development teams to ensure high-quality releases.
- Ensure testing aligns with Field Service best practices and release standards.
- Communicate testing progress and defect status to stakeholders.
- Identify gaps in Field Service configurations and provide quality-driven recommendations.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in testing with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service.
- Hands-on experience in work order lifecycle, resource scheduling, dispatching, and IoT integrations.
- Proficiency in developing test strategies, test cases, and automation scripts.
- Experience testing customizations, plugins, flows, and configurations in Dynamics 365.
- Strong analytical mindset and stakeholder interaction experience.
- Knowledge of Customer Service module is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred. Location: Pune (Hybrid).
