What You'll Be Doing
- Provide technical support for hardware and software systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents.
- Manage user accounts and access controls.
- Maintain system documentation and reports.
- Ensure uptime and operational continuity.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of IT support experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Knowledge of operating systems and networking basics.
- Experience with ticketing systems.
- Ability to handle multiple support requests.
