What You'll Be Doing
- Provide support for cloud infrastructure and services.
- Monitor system performance and availability.
- Troubleshoot incidents and resolve issues.
- Assist in cloud deployments and updates.
- Maintain documentation and compliance standards.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of cloud support experience.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with ticketing systems.
- Good communication abilities.
