What You'll Be Doing

• Lead business consulting teams and manage Treasury/Risk vendor product implementations.
• Conduct requirement gathering, data mapping, workflow design, system testing, and client training.
• Drive client discussions, readiness assessments, and successful platform transitions.
• Manage end-to-end SDLC processes and Agile delivery.
• Handle system conversions and ensure smooth transitions across Treasury/Risk platforms.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams for requirement alignment and delivery.
• Provide strong stakeholder management and analytical leadership throughout the engagement.

What We're Looking For

• 8–15 years of experience in Business Analysis with focus on Treasury & Risk Management and Capital Markets.
• Mandatory prior experience implementing at least one Treasury/Risk vendor product (Murex, Calypso, Kyriba, Quantum, Finastra, or similar).
• MBA (Finance) is mandatory.
• Strong exposure to Agile methodologies and end-to-end SDLC.
• Experience in system conversions, data mapping, and workflow design.
• Capability to drive client discussions and readiness assessments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Location: Pune / Bangalore.
