What You'll Be Doing
- Lead requirement gathering, workflow optimization, data mapping, and system testing.
- Manage vendor product implementation across trading or asset servicing platforms.
- Drive Agile delivery and end-to-end system conversion experience.
- Handle Investment & Fund Accounting, Trade Order Management, Post-Trade Processing, and related domains.
- Lead a team of consultants and provide strong stakeholder and client interaction.
- Support Fund Administration, Reconciliation, and Capital Markets workflows.
- Ensure successful platform transitions and quality delivery outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- 8–15 years of experience with strong expertise in Trading & Asset Servicing domains.
- Hands-on experience in at least one area: Investment & Fund Accounting, Trade Order Management, Post-Trade Processing, Trade Surveillance, Reconciliation, Private Debt/Credit Middle Office, Fund Administration, or Capital Markets.
- Mandatory experience implementing at least one vendor product within trading or asset servicing platforms.
- MBA (Finance) is mandatory.
- Prior experience leading a team of consultants is mandatory.
- Strong Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and client interaction skills.
- End-to-end system conversion experience is critical.
- Location: Pune / Bangalore.
